Raw material supply

ARBOR guarantees the best materials all over, including boarding, components, leather and metal structures, still remaining price competitive, through a careful selection of materials and accurate supplying programs.

Wood Variety

Due to production flexibility and knowledge in finding raw materials, ARBOR offers its products in a variety of wood types, each one with a distinctive impact, as shown by the following pictures of the same model details manufactured in seven different wood types. Many others are available as ash, satin walnut, Red Alder, American cherry, birch, fir, elm, wenge, teak, mahogany, iroko, eucalyptus.

Drying process

Six vacuum ovens, with digital process control, bring the wood humidity down to 8% in order to guarantee stability to the finished product. This drying process, at a slightly higher humidity is also performed on molded-veneer models.

Bending

This is the only operation not performed in-house due the specificity of the processing. Thus, ARBOR invested in the search for local sub-contractors with whom it constantly cooperates and where it has the direct supervision of the processes. Quality standard is excellent and based on the same criteria of the company.
