What is the Academy project?
It is a pilot project, starting in September 2022, of a first Academy with the recruitment of profiles with minimal experience in the wood sector, for the purpose of inclusion in the production staff of the strategic departments of the company.
The 2022 Academy will be dedicated to the search, selection and placement of 4 operators on CNC machinery to follow up on the technological modernization of the processes and cope with the increase in the company's production volumes.

Stages of the recruitment process
First stage
The initial recruitment, managed in close collaboration with an international recruitment agency which is well rooted in the area, starts with the screening of the applications received and with the analysis of the video interviews. A first test follows to measure the behaviors and preferences in the workplace of candidates through the dimensions considered the key to obtaining a successful performance.Second phase
The individual interviews are structured with customized grid to investigate the performed skills, the potential ones and the motivational levers. During the meetings the results of the tests are presented and work preferences, possessed skills and those to be developed are shared.Third phase
After the selection process, the Academy is activated with Arbor staff teaching within the company spaces.Professional training with coaching and insertion in the workforce.
